REFUND POLICY

We want our customers to have full faith in our company’s integrity and we pride ourselves on fantastic customer service. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) for a full refund of product price.

Refunds  
Once your return is received, we will refund the product price to the credit card you used to purchase the product(s) with, your Amazon Pay account or your Paypal account, within 24 hours. In every case you will receive an email notification from us notifying you that your refund has been processed. If you used Paypal they will notify you immediately also. Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing timeframes
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or online credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Most credit card companies take 24-72 hours to process this and it may not be posted for you to see until then. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@optimalhealthknowledge.com.

Exchanges 
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@optimalhealthknowledge.com and send your item to: 6278 North Federal Highway, Suite 226 Fort Lauderdale Florida US 33308. For exchanges, we will refund $6.90 from your original purchase to cover your return cost.
