We want our customers to have full faith in our company's integrity and we pride ourselves on fantastic customer service. In 99% of cases, you will get your refund the day we receive your return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We cannot give refunds if the bottle returned is empty.
In all other cases we honor 100% of returns, and will always process your refund within 24 hours.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, assuming it is within the 30 day window, we will refund the product price to the credit card you used to purchase the product(s) with, or your Paypal account, within 24 hours. In every case you will receive an email notification from us notifying you that your refund has been processed. If you used Paypal they will notify you immediately also.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or online credit card statement again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Most credit card companies take 24-72 hours to process this and it may not be posted for you to see until then. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, we will refund $5 from your original purchase to cover your return cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and these return shipping costs are non-refundable. But we will refund the your order's original shipping cost, if you paid any.
